The information, techniques, methods and recommendations by Sheneez Amara are not intended to substitute for the diagnosis and care by a qualified physician such as your GP, nor to encourage the treatment of illness by persons not recognisably qualified.

If you use hypnosis and are under medical care for ANY condition, do not make any adjustments to ANY prescribed medication without the approval of your doctor. If in any doubt you should seek your GPs advice.

Caution: Any one diagnosed with Epilepsy and Schizophrenia are advised not to enter hypnosis, or anyone diagnosed as having any psychotic illness.

Disclaimer (Guarantee and Refund Policy):

Results may vary from person to person. No warranty and(or) guarantee is given, expressed, or implied for satisfactory results from the hypnotherapy/regression session, as it is impossible to guarantee human behaviours or compliance. Therefore, no refunds for services are given. The client understands that result are his or her responsibility. The Certified Professional Hypnotherapist is considered a guide or facilitator in the process.   

PAYMENT

The agreed fee for online Past Life Regression Therapy is £249 or “99 with a follow-up session included. This fee is to be paid via the Services page on my website, www.sheneezamara.com/services. Payment is also accepted by means of bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellation notification with more than 5 days in advance of the session, there are no fees charged, so you can reschedule your session at any time within 6 months, from the day of your invoice.

If you cancel the session within 5 days of your session, you will be able to reschedule with a £80 fee.

You will be notified immediately, should an appointment need to be changed or cancelled by me (in the event of an emergency). In this circumstance you will be fully refunded by SA and/or your appointment will be rescheduled at the earliest possible time. 

Please note that once you have made the booking, filled in and signed this form and receive the recording, you are no longer entitled to a refund. I do not issue refunds. You can, however, reschedule your session following the policy described above.

Audio Recording

Once payment is made and this contract is signed, the client receives an audio recording by email in preparation for the session. This recording was designed for clients to get familiar with the process. It’s like a guided meditation and it advised be listened to once a day until the day of the session. This recording cannot be shared with anyone else or sold or commercialised in any form.

Confidentiality

All information, whether verbal or written in notes, is treated as strictly private and confidential. The therapist has a responsibility both to the client and to the community at large. Some legal limitations therefore apply to confidentiality. These limitations mainly concern risk of serious self-harm, harm to others, and child protection issues. If a situation arises in which the moral or legal limits of confidentiality are exceeded, the reasons will be explained by the therapist and discussed with the client at the time.

Lateness

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your session, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be charged the full fee. Hypnotherapy/Regression sessions are structured, and a delay of 15 minutes or more, does not allow enough time to complete a session. However, you will be able to reschedule your session following the policy described above (£80 fee).
